Recently, people have been asking me why they should bother to throw a Halloween party this year. It's so much work, they say, and everyone's already throwing one anyway. Well I'm here to challenge you, dear readers, to take the initiative and throw your own Halloween party for a change. Sure, lots of people are already planning their Halloween parties, and sure, it requires some effort. But I've got the ultimate response to anyone wondering why he or she should throw a Halloween party: because it's fun!
It's officially October, my friends, and do you know what that means? It means that the time to plan your Halloween party is now. This month is deceptively short, and between yardwork and schoolwork and party planning, time gets eaten up faster than candy during trick-or-treat. I've put together a brief Halloween party planning checklist that covers Halloween party basics and will help you get started.
Halloween is just a little over a month away, my friends, and this can only mean one thing: it's time to start planning your Halloween party! Whether you're planning a sophisticated adult Halloween party or more of a family and kid friendly Halloween party, the time to start planning is right now. Since Halloween falls on a Wednesday this year, you'll have the choice of the weekend before and the weekend after for your Halloween party planning.
Hi, Penelope!
I am new to MyPunchbowl.com and need some ideas. My Mom and I are planning our second annual Halloween party. I realize we have a few weeks to go, but Halloween party planning takes time. It will be a costume party and I need some great ideas on things to keep the kids busy, because last year’s party was lacking stuff for kids. We had folks inside and outside. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!
Lana
